Boulevard Studios provided landscape architecture services on the frontage and streetscape portions of the next phase of the Chagrin Highlands development. Through collaboration with the developer, its engineers, the city, and tenants, the plan seeks to implement a landscape that will soften the streetscape and provide buffering from adjacent uses. Low materials along the parking areas will provide an ample screen, while stately trees will enhance the street corridor; spacing was carefully considered in order to preserve views to the tenants within the development.
